- Nominations close on Monday 9th February 2026.
- The competition is open to all UK-based businesseswith a connection to the Muslim community.
- Nominations may be submitted by the company itself or by a third party, provided the entry is fully completed, accurate, and the nominee has agreed to and confirmed the information submitted.
- Information provided must relate to the company’s activities from June 2024 onwards(covering the past 12–18 months).
- All entries must be submitted online.
- Incomplete entries will not be judged.
- The organisers accept no responsibility for entries lost or delayed. A confirmation email will be sent immediately or within a few hours. If you do not receive confirmation, email: awards@islamchannelawards.co.uk.
- A sponsor may notenter the category that they are sponsoring.
- Entries will be judged by an independent panel appointed by Islam Channel. All judges follow detailed guidelines and a scoring matrix to ensure a fair process.
- Shortlisted finalists will be announced via the website and by email, along with details of their final judging dates.
- Judges will review all nominations and interview the finalists. Winners will be chosen based on the written submission and interview performance.
- The judging panel’s decision is finaland no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners will be announced on the evening of the ceremony.
- Winners will be published on the website after the ceremony.
- The organisers reserve the right to disqualify an entrant if there are reasonable grounds to believe rules or laws (including copyright or intellectual property) have been breached.
- The organisers reserve the right to amend judging deadlines if required.
- By entering, applicants agree that their data will be held on the Islam Channel database and website.
Rules of Awards
- In February 2026, the judging panel will review all nominations and shortlist finalists for each category.
- Each entry will be assessed by a minimum of two judges.
- Finalists will be announced on Friday 6th March 2026 via the website and by email, and will be informed of their individual judging dates.
- Once announced as a finalist, an entry cannot withdraw from the process.
- Promotional materials will be supplied to finalists for publicity purposes.
- All finalists must agree to participate in publicity.
- Judges will conduct finalist interviews in April 2026. Winners will be selected based on the written submissions, interviews, and responses to judges’ questions.
- Each finalist must ensure at least one representative attends the Grand Final evening.
- Winners will be announced only on the night of the ceremony.
- Winners will be published on the website and promoted on social media following the event.
- Winners agree to take part in post-event publicity if requested.
- If the event is postponed, all entries will remain valid and will be carried forward to the rescheduled date.
