This special award recognises a business that goes above and beyond to create an inclusive environment where Muslims feel genuinely welcome and included in all aspects of business life. The term “Ihsan” in Arabic signifies excellence and doing something in the best possible way. This business sets a standard for inclusivity, cultural understanding, and meaningful community engagement.

Judging
Criteria

The judges will evaluate entries based on evidence of the following

Cultural Understanding and Respect

Support for Well-being and Professional Development

Community Engagement and Representation

Judging
Process

Nomination form comprises of 3 questions to be answered by nominees.
Each question is assigned a score. These scores will be combined to determine an overall score for each entry.
As part of the initial judging process, two judges assess each entry within its designated category.
A shortlist of five finalists will be determined based on the highest scores.
During April , each finalist undergoes final judging interviews conducted by two judges.
The final scoring process ultimately determines the winner.
Winners are announced at the awards ceremony.

Ceremony

Upon being shortlisted, Entrants agree that at least one representative will be present at the Ceremony. All shortlisted candidates will be invited to join the Islam Channel Business Awards ceremony and will receive one complimentary place to attend the awards on May 2025 in London.

All nominees will be notified of the success of their entry into the shortlist by email.

Tickets

Additional tickets for the Ceremony must be purchased directly from the Organisers with the associated Fee. All Fees must be received by the Organisers before the Ceremony. Tickets are non-refundable.
