A growing dynamic business operation run by 25 or less employees
This award recognises the achievements of small businesses with 25 or fewer employees that have demonstrated consistent growth through effective leadership, a deep understanding of their customers, and a commitment to engaging their employees.
Nomination form comprises of 3 questions to be answered by nominees.
Each question is assigned a score. These scores will be combined to determine an overall score for each entry.
As part of the initial judging process, two judges assess each entry within its designated category.
A shortlist of five finalists will be determined based on the highest scores.
During January, each finalist undergoes final judging interviews conducted by two judges.
The final scoring process ultimately determines the winner.
Winners are announced at the awards ceremony.

Upon being shortlisted, Entrants agree that at least one representative will be present at the Ceremony. All shortlisted candidates will be invited to join the Islam Channel Business Awards ceremony and will receive one complimentary place to attend the awards in February 2024 in London.
All nominees will be notified of the success of their entry into the shortlist by email.
Tickets
Additional tickets for the Ceremony must be purchased directly from the Organisers with the associated Fee. All Fees must be received by the Organisers before the Ceremony. Tickets are non-refundable.
